(Flexodrain)Draincell are lightweight, high strength modular drainage cell which are especially designed for sub-surface drainage and waterproofing membrane protection. Flexodrain are manufactured from high strength polypropylene and are used in various applications like terrace gardens, planter and podium systems, basement retaining walls, landscape decks, pond filtration systems, sports fields , agri - horti applications etc.
Flexodrain offers architects and developers extensive design flexibility and has a wide range of applications in the landscape, building and construction industries.
These drain cells are 20mm in height and are easy to install, by interlocking them horizontally and vertically. The Hydro drain cells also acts as a protection layer over waterproofing membranes, and also creates a thermal insulation barrier .The open surface design and high internal void volume enables the rapid capture and transport of high water volumes. The Cups designed in the Flexodrain can store little water also. The roots of plants and grass can take this water through Capillary action and will help in the growth of these plants.

    Drain cell Installation Procedure Technical Data
    1. FIrst we do the waterproofing.
    2. We can put an additional waterproofing membrane 250 micron (HDPE) sheet below the draincell above the slab.
    3. We have to choose the drain cell from our four varieties as per uses. 
    4. Cut the draincell as per shape. Lay and interlock them.
    5. We have to put the drain cell horizontaly as well as verticall too.
    6. Place the filter fabric over the drainage cell allowing for a 4” overlap at each seam. Allow for additional fabric to cushion the edges of the drainage cell around the perimeter against the waterproof membrane and walls
    7. Install the drainage cell vertically to the walls of planter boxers if required and cover with filter fabric. Allow sufficient overlap to the horizontal sections
    8. Lay a 50-100mm layer of washed coarse river sand to act as a filtration layer over the fabric
    9. Lay the soil profile to the required depth. Please note that a minimum of 6” of cover is required before allowing vehicles and machinery to traffic over the surface.

    Drain Boards are  composite waterproof and drainage of the floor board with high impact and the resistance, high pressure polystyrene (HIPS), HDPE resistant to high pressure for a long time, made no deformation. This long resistance not only can withstand bone-chilling concrete slabs and weight load, and can withstand bone-chilling during construction inevitable foreign pressure and impact, such as vehicles, workers and concrete pouring down momentum, etc. Long-term deformation, so keep floor can maintain the original displacement. On the floor of the filter layer is to ensure that the use of geotextiles drainage channels won't because foreign substance and block, such as particle or concrete backfill soil.
